1. Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed sauces.

  • Products not in their original packaging.

  • Perishable goods past their shelf life.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product (shipped at no cost), or

3. Cancellations
